Ten homesites of 1,400 square meters, each carrying a single residence of up to 600 square meters. Reservations open soon.

The place

Malad, on the river side of Calapan

Calapan City sits on the north-east coast of Mindoro, two hours by ferry from Batangas and a morning from Manila. Barangay Malad lies inland of the city: irrigated rice land, coconut, and the Biga River running down off the Halcon range.

The land is owned by a family whose presence in Calapan and Oriental Mindoro dates back to before the Spanish conquest of the Philippines. We expect to maintain carefully cultivated rice fields, including heirloom rices and Mindoro's own aromatic dinorado.
